1. Controller and contact

Erguvan Karbon Denkleştirme Çözümleri Tic. A.Ş. (Erguvan) operates ASI and is the data controller for the cookies and browser storage described here. Write to privacy@azalt.ai with any question about this notice.

2. What ASI stores in your browser

• — asi_session — a strictly necessary session cookie carrying your signed sign-in token. It is set only after you sign in, is not readable by scripts, and is removed when you sign out or the session expires.
• — asi-ui-theme — a browser local-storage entry, not a cookie, remembering whether you chose the light or the dark theme. It never leaves your browser.
• — Language preference — set when you switch between Turkish and English, so the site keeps opening in the language you picked.
• — Vercel Analytics — aggregate page-view measurement that sets no cookie and stores no identifier on your device. It is anonymous and cannot be tied to an account or to a person.

3. No advertising and no tracking cookies

ASI sets no advertising cookies, no marketing pixels and no cross-site tracking identifiers, and it neither sells nor shares browsing data. It builds no profiles for advertising. Because everything listed above is either strictly necessary for the service or cookieless, ASI shows no cookie consent banner — there is no optional cookie to consent to.

4. Managing cookies from your browser

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data from its settings, usually under privacy or site permissions. Blocking or deleting the session cookie signs you out and prevents a new sign-in until you allow it again; public pages stay fully readable without it. Clearing local storage only resets the theme preference.

5. Your KVKK rights and how to exercise them

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data you may learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of that correction to those third parties; request erasure or destruction once the grounds for processing have disappeared; object to a result produced solely by automated analysis that works against you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request in writing, or through the routes set out in the Communiqué on Application Procedures to Data Controllers, to privacy@azalt.ai, stating your identity and your request clearly. We answer within thirty days at the latest, free of charge unless the response itself carries a cost. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
