1. Scope, tiers and contract priority

ASI is operated by Erguvan Karbon Denkleştirme Çözümleri Tic. A.Ş. (Erguvan). These terms govern public, free and trial use. A signed order form, master agreement, data licence or DPA prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

ASI is offered on three tiers: a free account for browsing the reference; Company at USD 5,000 per year for five seats; and Enterprise by agreement. Claiming your company's profile and submitting corrections to your own record are free on every tier, the free account included, and require no payment details.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• — One account per person. Accounts are personal: do not share sign-in codes or let someone else use your account.
• — Claim a company profile only from a corporate email address of that company, or with a signed letter of authorization from it.
• — Do not misrepresent your authority to act for a company and do not claim a profile you are not authorized to represent. We may reject or revoke a claim and suspend the account behind it.
• — Keep credentials and API keys confidential and notify us promptly of suspected misuse.
• — Do not bypass access controls, rate limits or entitlements; probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization; disrupt the service; or use it unlawfully.
• — Do not bulk scrape, republish, resell or train a model on ASI content unless a written licence expressly permits it.
• — You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of portfolio, correction and other content you submit.

3. Data, evidence and limitations

ASI records are compiled from what companies disclose publicly and from figures ASI extracts independently from those documents. Evidence links, reporting boundaries, confidence and known gaps are part of the record. Source owners retain rights in the underlying documents.

ASI is not a rating and is not investment advice.

CBAM/ETS outputs are screening intelligence. They are not customs, compliance or legal advice, and are never declaration-grade calculations; a declaration must be prepared against the regulation and the installation's own data.

PCAF outputs indicate alignment with the PCAF methodology. They are not a certification, an assurance opinion or a verified inventory.

Confidence scores are uncalibrated. They order records by how much evidence stands behind them and must not be read as probabilities.

Verify material decisions against the cited source and the applicable rules.

4. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are invoiced manually. There is no card payment on ASI and the platform collects no card data. A plan request produces an invoice; the term is annual, and access to the paid tier is activated once the invoice is paid. Seats are counted per organization. Renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out on the invoice or in the signed agreement, and enterprise terms are agreed separately.

5. Availability and changes

We may correct records, change features, suspend abusive access, and perform maintenance. Service levels, support commitments, warranties and liability for paid services are governed by the signed agreement.

Contact legal@erguvan.co for contractual questions. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, mandatory consumer or data-protection rights are unaffected and Turkish law applies.
