Claim your company profile

Your company's record is already here and already public. Claiming it is free and stays free — we ask for no card details. What we want in return is the thing only you can give us: a note when a figure is wrong, so we can check it against the source and fix it.

Questions people actually ask

Is claiming my company profile really free?

Yes, and it stays free. There is no card form, no trial clock and no point at which a claimed profile starts costing money.

The reason is simple: you know your own disclosures better than any extraction pipeline does. A company that tells us a figure is wrong makes the record better for everyone reading it, including us. We would rather have that than a fee.

How do you verify a claim?

You give us your name, job title and work email. If your email domain matches the company's, that is usually enough. If it does not, we ask for a signed letter of authorization on company letterhead as a PDF.

Every claim is then reviewed by a person — nothing is approved automatically. It usually takes about two business days, and you hear from us either way.

Once I claim the profile, do I control what it says?

No, and we would not trust a reference work where you did. Claiming opens your own full record, marks the profile as claimed, and puts your corrections at the front of the queue.

Each correction is still checked against the source document. Accepted changes are applied and attributed; anything we cannot accept comes back to you with a reason. That is what keeps the record worth citing.

How reliable is the data?

Where recorded, observations include the source document, page citation, reported wording and extraction method. Coverage and missing citations are shown explicitly. Where sources disagree, the disagreement remains visible.

Our confidence values describe extraction reliability — how sure we are that we read the document correctly. They are not an ESG score, not a completeness measure and not a judgement about the company.

Confidence values remain heuristic pipeline signals: no independently adjudicated calibration has been published yet, so they must not be read as measured precision.

Read the methodology

Can I use your CBAM/ETS figures for my declaration?

No. The CBAM/ETS output is screening and pricing intelligence: it tells you where exposure probably sits and what it might cost, using disclosed intensities and default values where a company has not reported one.

It is not a declaration-grade calculation, not an installation-level emissions report and not legal advice. A real declaration needs installation data, precursor emissions and a verifier.

Are your financed-emissions numbers PCAF certified?

No. Our financed-emissions work follows PCAF methodology and reports the PCAF data quality score alongside each result, so you can see what the number rests on.

Alignment with a methodology is not certification, and nothing here is an assurance engagement. Nobody has audited these outputs, and we do not present them as audited.

What happens to my personal data?

We process the work email you sign in with, your organisation membership, and — if you claim a company — the identity details and any authorization document you upload, which we keep as proof that the claim was legitimate.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell contact data. Under KVKK article 11 you can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
