Data licence

1. Public-page permission

You may view public ASI pages, including company dossiers and the figures shown on them, quote limited individual figures for internal research, and cite a dossier with attribution to “ASI: Azalt Sustainability Index” plus the page URL and compilation date. What a page shows depends on your access level; this permission covers whatever you can lawfully see there.

2. Uses requiring written permission

• — Bulk download, systematic extraction, mirroring or reconstruction of the ASI compilation.
• — Redistribution, resale, sublicensing or incorporation into a commercial data product.
• — Automated model training, embeddings, evaluation corpora or retrieval indexes built from ASI content.
• — Removing provenance, confidence, limitations or source attribution from exported records.

3. API and enterprise data

API keys, portfolio evidence packs, vendor feeds and enterprise exports are licensed only for the organizations, purposes, environments and usage limits stated in the applicable order form. Access does not transfer ownership.

4. Rights and source material

Erguvan retains rights in the ASI selection, normalization, resolution, metadata, software and compilation. Underlying company filings and third-party documents remain subject to their owners' rights. An ASI licence does not grant broader rights in those source documents.
